Today, Spencer came home a few grams lighter than when he left. It’s only a few grams, but I think it will make his life—and all of our lives zillions better.
Today, my 27 year-old best friend had the first, and hopefully last, major surgery of his life. This was major surgery, but luckily, the risks were minimal. Even so, we debated about having it done for a couple months. After all, it is major surgery.
Today, my husband of 3 years had surgery on his back. And I think we are going to wish we had done this a long time ago. He already looks better.
Right now, my sweetie is resting peacefully with our son, sound asleep.
Dors bien, mon roi!
